Description

Providing an Early Childhood Education Program which meets accreditation standards for both Quality Stars NY Center-Based Program and National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC) in the Villages of Spring Valley and Haverstraw.
Collaborate with Head Start, the East Ramapo and North Rockland School Districts to provide school readiness for children ages 18 months to 5 years. Children will be assessed using the Child Observation Charts (Individual CORs) 4 times year by trained staff. This data will be used to develop individual and group education plans for use by teachers and for discussion with parents.

Provide On-site Kindergarten Registration including translation services, transportation and assistance with all aspects of transition into elementary education.

Any non-profit Provider that believes they are qualified to provide the services detailed above and is ready, willing and able to provide the services; shall respond to this notice no later than 3 PM on August 22, 2019 (14 days after advertisement) of this announcement. The response should provide specific details regarding the Provider’s interest in providing such services as well as their prior experience in providing the same or similar services. In addition, the response should detail the Provider’s connections to the Rockland County community.
