The intent of these specifications is to furnish information to responsible bidders for the purpose of obtaining bids for the demolition of four (4) vacant properties and removal of demolition debris, including asbestos containing material located in one (1) of the properties listed herein as requested by City of Schenectady’s Department of Development.

These demolitions are being carried out pursuant to the HUD 108 Loan Guarantee Demolition Program.

Hiring shall be in compliance with Section 3 of The Housing and Urban Development Act as amended, 24 CFR Part 135.
