INTENT: It is the intent of this proposal to secure a bid for Dairy Products per the attached specifications for various Warren and Hamilton County sites from November 1, 2017 through January 31, 2018 with the possibility of extending the exact bid terms for two (2) additional three month terms with the approval of both Vendor and County.
SCOPE: This contract shall cover Dairy Products for both Warren County and Hamilton County sites. These include Countryside Adult Home, 353 Schroon River Road, Warrensburg, NY 12885, Warren County Sheriff’s Office, 1400 State Route 9, Lake George, NY 12845, and all Eight Office for the Aging Meal Sites. Please see attached sheet for location of meal sites. Any other designated County facility that may be added during the term of this bid will be added to the vendor serving the closest nearby site.
