NOTICE TO BIDDERS
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN: That sealed proposals for the coating of pre-engineered building metal roofs at various well field sties will be received by the Purchasing Director of the Suffolk County Water Authority at 3525 Sunrise Highway, Great River, New York 11739, not later than 11:00 a.m., prevailing time, on
June 4, 2018, at which time and place they will be publicly opened and read aloud.
Complete details and specifications relating to the proposed work are on file and publicly exhibited at the Purchasing Department of the Authority, 3525 Sunrise Highway, Great River, New York 11739, where copies of said documents may be obtained upon application. A pre-bid meeting starting at 10:00 a.m., prevailing time, on May 17, 2018 will take place at the Church Street Well Field and Pump Station, located 150' South of Church Street and approximately 733' West of Johnson Avenue (1224 Church Street), Bohemia, NY. It is strongly recommended that all prospective Bidders attend this meeting.
