A Mandatory Pre-Bid Site Inspection is scheduled for 10:00 a.m. on Monday, October 22, 2018, at the Flanigan Square Building, 547 River Street, Troy, New York. Attendance will be recorded. Directions to the site may be obtained by contacting Misty LaBrake, Coordinator of Building Operations at (518) 833-6006 prior to October 22, 2018. Any Bidder that has submitted a Bid and has not attended the Mandatory Pre-Bid Site Inspection will not be considered for this contract. Rensselaer County requires the awarded Vendor providing the service to be within a 30 mile radius of the Flanigan Square Building located at 547 River Street, Troy, New York 12180.
