The Scope of work includes the following: Complete demolition of the existing structure (including the existing foundations and footings), and construction of new Check-In, Lifeguard & Director, and Public Bath House buildings. All underground utilities within the areas of Work to be removed.
The Scope also includes new footings, foundations and concrete slabs, finishes, partitions, casewok, plumbing, HVAC, electrical systems, sitework and site utilities, and fencing/gate systems shown on the bid documents.
The Project will be constructed under a multi- prime contract. It is the intent of the Owner to sign contracts (Stipulated Sum Single-Prime) for this work with the successful bidders immediately upon acceptance of bid.
The work required under this Contract consists of furnishing all supervision, labor and personnel, material, equipment and ancillary support necessary to complete the work described within the Construction Documents. See Division 01 “011200 Multiple Contract Summary”.
It is not intended that this description be all inclusive of each and every item required, but rather serve as information illustrating the general scope and nature of work for the convenience of the Bidders.
