TFS-0416-029 - Central Administration Cafeteria Services

We are looking for a potential partner to present an outsourced cafeteria solution which provides a variety of choices and quality foods at no cost to the Rochester City School District.  Our current cafeteria has an estimated square footage of 1,500 sq. ft. and a side room which may be convertible space 600 sq. ft. We are a public school district and this cafeteria is for the exclusive use of our adult employees. 
The Central Administration building is located at 131 West Broad Street Rochester, NY 14614.  There are approximately 575 employees assigned to this work location.  The building is considered open to the public and regularly hosts individual and large group meetings, which may include parents, community members and outside partners.  We have a diverse employee base and we are seeking diverse options that will allow employees to select healthy choices throughout the day.  Our desire is for a mix of fresh foods locally sourced or prepared with as much nutritional information as possible.  We would like food quality and variety to be balanced with food cost.
