This specification describes the minimum material and quality requirements for providing, placing, and performing density monitoring of one or more courses of HMA pavement constructed in accordance with the contract documents or as directed by the Owner. Pavement construction includes but is not limited to tack coat, asphalt materials, water and transport, equipment for placement, compaction, all necessary labor, maintenance and protection of traffic including temporary pavement markings. c) Work shall be completed in 2017.
