Scope - The entire replacement shall consist of, but will not be limited to, furnishing and installation of the
following:
A. Removal of existing boilers and appurtenances, including, but not limited to:
1. Complete removal and disposal of two (2) existing 200 MBH gas fired boilers.
2. Complete removal and disposal of existing boiler system appurtenances, including, but not limited, to, expansion tanks, air separators, automatic fill valves and pressure relief valves.
3. Complete removal and disposal of all existing primary piping, secondary piping, supply header, and return header back to branch circuits. This includes all primary and secondary pumps, cutting and capping existing branch circuits, and preparation for connection to new boiler piping system.
4. Complete removal and disposal of existing gas piping to existing boilers back to farthest point in boiler room. This includes, but is not limited to, cutting and capping gas piping and preparation for reconnection to new boilers. 5. Complete removal and disposal of existing breeching from gas-fired boilers, and permanent closure of opening in roof and wall and making such weather tight.
6. Complete removal and disposal of all electrical connections to boilers and pumps back to power panel.
7. Complete removal and disposal of all control wiring and control devices for existing control system.
8. Meeting of all codes and ordinances.
9. Coordination with inspection requirements and payments of all fees.
