INTENT:
It is the intent of these specifications to secure a bid for Bakery Products as more fully set forth below.
SCOPE:
This contract shall cover Bakery Products in two separate groups for both Warren and Hamilton County sites. Vendors may bid pricing for one or both groups and then choose which sites they wish to service for that group.
Group 1 is for Countryside Adult Home, 353 Schroon River Road, Warrensburg, NY 12885 and Cedars I, LP, 35 Evergreen Lane, Queensbury, NY 12804. Group 2 will be comprised of the remaining seven (7) OFA Meal Sites. The Warren County sites are located in Lake Luzerne, Chestertown, Johnsburg and Bolton Landing and the Hamilton County sites are located in Indian Lake, Long Lake and Wells. Any other designated County facility that may be added during the term of this bid will be added to the vendor serving the closest nearby site. Please see attached sheet for location of meal sites.
