The County of Orange, by and through its Department of Human Resources, seeks proposals from qualified, experienced providers of American Sign Language interpretation services for the County, on an as needed basis, (i) to assist Civil Service examination candidates who are hearing impaired; and (ii) for such other requests for such services as may be required by other County departments, divisions and/or offices, from time to time.
