The work includes providing all labor, materials, machinery, tools, equipment and other means of
construction necessary and incidental to the completion of the work shown on the plans and
described in these specifications including, but not necessarily limited to the following:
• Construction of an on-road two-way cycle track separated from travel lanes with a curbed
median
• Construction of a sidepath separated from vehicular traffic by a landscaped median with trees.
• Construction of a shared use path under I-787, including the installation of light post
foundations and conduit
Bid Alternate No. 1 includes providing all labor, materials, machinery, tools, equipment and other
means of construction necessary and incidental to completion of work as shown on the enclosed
project plans and described in the specifications, including, but not necessarily limited to, the
following:
• Planting of additional trees in the landscaped median along the frontage adjacent to I-787
