Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Niagara Frontier Transportation Authority (NFTA) and Niagara Frontier Transit Metro Systems, Inc. (NFTM) seek qualified medical service providers to submit proposals that meet the minimum acceptable criteria to perform the following medical services: I. Drug and Alcohol Screening: Collection of urine, oral fluid, and breath for the purpose of drug and alcohol testing II. Audiometric/Audiologist Services III. Medical Review Officer (MRO) IV. Medical Director and supporting medical staff (physician assistants and/or nurse practitioners) to perform (NFTA approved) medical services including, but not limited to, evaluations of the NFTA and NFTM Operators, Police and Firefighters V. Ancillary medical procedures for post-employment offers; The current number of employees is approximately 1,500. Proposals will be accepted for the medical services listed above. Proponents shall provide a current client list with references and required training, credentials and certifications necessary for each function of the proposal.
