NHCC seeks proposals from licensed Anesthesiologists and/or Anesthesiology groups to provide Anesthesiology services to NUMC’s patient population. The selected Provider(s) will be required to provide additional services, including, without limitation: residency oversight, 24/7/365 on-call coverage and other administrative and clinical support as outlined below. The selected Provider(s) will negotiate with NHCC to determine whether NHCC will conduct both facility and provider billing for Anesthesia services or the provider(s) will bill patients directly for professional services, when appropriate. Additionally, the Provider(s) will enter into an arrangement with NHCC that complies with all applicable laws to establish reasonable compensation terms for non-billable services and tasks.
