Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Capital District Developmental Disabilities State Operations Office (DDSOO) requires Plumbing Repair Services at various community locations in Albany, Rensselaer, Saratoga, Schenectady, Schoharie, Warren, and Washington counties; Basic plumbing services will include, but not be limited to, repairs, replacements, and maintaining all plumbing components compliant to industry and manufacturer standards. Calls for service are to be authorized by the Work Control Center Supervisor or the On Call Maintenance Supervisor as indicated below. For purposes of this contract, Plumbing system shall mean: 1. all water supply lines after they enter the house 2. all sewage lines from the main sewer line or the septic tank into the house; Septic pumping, excavation work, repair of water damage (unless caused by contractor), sewer backup cleanup, and any asbestos removals shall not be considered part of this contract. Anything involving sprinkler systems up to and including the backflow device that separates sprinkler system from the domestic water system shall be excluded from this contract.
