Description

The Port Chester-Rye Union Free School District (The District) is seeking to obtain pricing from Kitchen Equipment Contractors (KEC) to furnish, deliver and inside set-up of Kitchen Equipment in our High School and Middle School. The total bid amount sum shall cover the equipment, supplies, labor, transportation and equipment necessary or required for the inside delivery and set-up.  Following are the items for the bid:
 

  1. One (1) Kolpak Freezer, O.D. 13’-1 ¾” x 8’- 4” x7’- 4-1/4”.
  2. Warranty - for 2-1/2 hp 2-5 year Extended Compressor Warranty
  3. One (1) each hot wells and the removal of the stainless steel cutout of the existing counter.
 
A site visit will be held on January 7, 2019 starting at 1.00 pm. It is highly recommended that all bidders must attend this site visit to familiarize themselves with the site, delivery access and the process involved in the delivery and installation of the new equipment. Bidders must meet in the front of the Port Chester High School, 1 Tamarack Road, Port Chester, NY 10573, after the HS site visit, we will proceed to MS for the remainder of the site visit.
 
 
The copy of the bid must be received by the Purchasing Agent by 11:00 a.m. on January 10, 2019. The District reserves the right to reject any or all bids submitted.
