The Port Chester-Rye Union Free School District (The District) is seeking to obtain pricing from Kitchen Equipment Contractors (KEC) to furnish, deliver and inside set-up of some kitchen equipment. The equipment are required for the cafeteria kitchens of the Port Chester-Rye School District. The total bid amount sum shall cover all equipment, supplies, labor, transportation and equipment necessary or required for the inside delivery and set-up of the new equipment and any removal of existing equipment.

A site visit will be held on June 7, 2018 starting at 2.30 pm. It is highly recommended that all bidders must attend this site visit to familiarize themselves with the site, delivery access and the process involved in the delivery and installation of the new equipment. Bidders must meet in the front of the Port Chester High School, 1 Tamarack Road, Port Chester, NY 10573. Both verbal and written questions will be accepted during the site visit.
