Summary of Specifications:
Finger Lakes Community College is seeking sealed bids to set up an On-Demand Contract for minor maintenance on walls containing asbestos. The College estimates that these services would be needed 2 to 4 times per year and include removal of nails, screws, brackets, fixtures and also installation of brackets, fasteners, shelving hangers and similar items. The College has a project variance to perform work on walls and surfaces.
