NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN: The New York Racing Association, Inc. (NYRA) is seeking pricing for the purchase and delivery of clay, on an as-needed basis, to Belmont Park in Elmont, NY 11003 and Aqueduct Racetrack in Ozone Park, NY 11417. The term of any agreement entered into as a result of this RFQ will be two (2) years starting on January 1, 2026 with two additional one-year optional renewals for 2028 and 2029 at NYRA's sole and absolute discretion.
Proposals will be received by the Senior Director of Procurement at 110-00 Rockaway Blvd, Suite 1, Ozone Park, NY 11417, no later than 5 PM, prevailing time, on December 3, 2025.
