NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN: This is a Request for Quotation in the matter of soliciting quotations for the purchase of 3/4”, 3/8”, 1-1/2” Stone, 3/4” Quarry Process/Crusher Stone, 1-1/2” Quarry Process/Crusher Stone, Stone Dust, Stone (#1, #2, Fill, #1A, #3) and Mason Sand, which is to be picked up or delivered to Belmont Park Racetrack, 2150 Hempstead Turnpike, Elmont, NY, Saratoga Race Course, 267 Union Ave, Saratoga Springs, NY, or Aqueduct Racetrack, 110-00 Rockaway Boulevard, Ozone Park, NY. The resulting contract will be for a term of one (1) year, starting on January 1, 2026, with a (1) year optional renewal term at NYRA's sole and absolute discretion.
Proposals will be received by the Senior Director of Procurement at 110-00 Rockaway Blvd, Suite 1, Ozone Park, NY 11417, no later than 5 PM, prevailing time, on November 20, 2025.
