Description

Monroe Community College (MCC) is requesting sealed proposals (bids) for the purchase of seven (7) Tektronix Oscilloscopes.
Following are key education objectives envisioned to be obtained through the acquisition of the noted units from Tektronix:
• Instructional time is limited in any specific course in any given semester. Maintaining a consistency with the lab equipment aids to guarantee the greatest chance of success for our students and maximizes the instructor’s ability to cover the course material.
• Currently the College has over twenty (20) Tektronix Oscilloscopes in use across several labs. Consistency of the Oscilloscopes serves to support student success in the course work. In the time allocated in any give semester, it is very difficult for students to learn multiple Oscilloscopes.
