11-15-17 - HVAC install

Install complete heating and air conditioning system at 400 Corinthia Street, Lockport NY 14094.
 
Use existing furnace and add a 2.5 ton AC unit and coil to it.
Supply one 80,000 BTU direct vent furnace with a 3.5 ton AC unit and coil.
Include all line sets, pads and low voltage wiring.
Place both furnaces in safety pans with complete overflow piping and overflow shut offs.
Install fire dampers on all trunk lines.  Dampers must be motorized and able to be tied into the current fire alarm system.  Alarm must shut burner and fan in the event of a fire alarm.
Install proper duct size and branch lines to supply proper CFM to office areas.
Install 2x2 ceiling diffusers with dampers.
All duct work will be insulated.
All branch lines are to be hard piped and insulated except below the deck.
All deck penetrations will be fire calked to code.
Install WYFI thermostat complete with all wiring.
Install condensate pumps and drain lines in a way to drain properly.
Install proper gas lines to each furnace.
Vent both furnaces to the outside including the intake.
Provide an option to install one mini split capable of heating and cooling a computer server room.
 
Contractor will provide all design, materials and labor including all disposal of any related materials.
