This work consists of installing a new 200-amp electrical service to the proposed meter building (to be constructed by the General Contractor under Contract 1), including all associated conduit runs, panel installation, interior and exterior lighting, an electric heater, building outlets, and weatherproof outdoor receptacles. Work also includes coordination with the local utility company for power connection and all required inspections. In addition to new work, the contract includes demolition of existing electric components at the former pump house site as shown on the plans.
