Summary of Specifications:
The County of Ulster, on behalf of the Ulster County Workforce Development Board, solicits interested and qualified organizations to design and administer, in conjunction with the Ulster County Office of Employment and Training, a Youth Program to promote employment and further educational training opportunities.
