Important Note to Vendors:
If submitting a quote for an approved equal product, must submit manufacturer's product description and specifications.

The County of Rockland's decision if the unit shall be considered as an equal is final.

If quoter is under state contract for listed items, the price per unit quoted for Rockland County can be no higher than the price quoted to NY State for like units.

Prices quoted shall include freight. Only quotes that submit unit price including freight shall be acceptable.

Prices shall be good for a minimum of one month.
