Provide all Labor, Supervision, Material and Equipment to repair a Firetrol Domestic Water Triplex Booster Controller. An evaluation was done on the house Firetrol Domestic Triplex Booster Controller FTA630HM10H-BJ-CZ-HV-R-X. S/N 85773-001-01-01. Evaluation revealed compromised power alternating relays system will only operate if P1 is on line. Evaluation revealed faulty time delay flasher TDL-120-AKA-24H3 not allowing proper pump alternation sequence. Pressure relief valve on P3 evaluated and found to have compromised diaphragm. System currently on 123 dedicated operation. Pump 3 is off line.
