COMPUTER TRAINING SERVICES WILL INCLUDE VENDOR'S ABILITY TO FURNISH PRE-PACKAGED TRAINING PRODUCTS, AND/OR DEVELOP OR CUSTOMIZE TRAINING PROGRAMS AS REQUESTED INCLUDING LIVE TRAINING, IN HOUSE AND OFF SITE, COMPUTER BASED/MULTI-MEDIA TRAINING WHICH ENCOMPASSES INTERNET-DELIVERED TRAINING, AND OR VIDEO BASED TRAINING. COMPUTER BASED AND VIDEO BASED TRAINING ARE TRAINING DELIVERY METHODS THAT PROVIDE ALTERNATIVES AND/OR SUPPLEMENTS TO INSTRUCTOR-LED CLASSROOM TRAINING. ALL ON AN AS NEEDED BASIS.
