HYDROSTATIC TRUCK SCALE TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION 70’ Long x 10’ Wide with 8” Thick Concrete Deck – Pit Type Design The term CONTRACTOR referred to in these specifications shall include the Scale Manufacturer and Installing Scale Dealer. The Term OWNER shall refer to the Orange County Department of Public Works, Division of Environmental Facilities & Services.The CONTRACTOR shall provide a Lump Sum Bid Total for the design, fabrication, controls and instrumentation, installation and wiring, materials and equipment, incidentals, testing, training of personnel, calibration and certification of the truck scale weigh system(s)
