Summary of Specifications:
Orange County Government in New York intends to evaluate network communication alternatives to multiple sites (section 4). Orange County is allowing Respondents to propose the most appropriate and cost effective system that will support a major 24x7 system and allow flexibility to meet future needs. The Proposals should be priced per site and represent the complete installation at each site. Orange County reserves the right to exclude any site as it sees fit and to award different sites to more than one Respondent.
