Summary of Specifications:
The Dutchess County Department of Social Services, District Attorney, Office of Probation and Community Corrections, and Youth Bureau announce a funding opportunity for the Dutchess County fiscal year 2004 (January 1, 2004-December 31, 2004) for non-residential domestic violence services. Dutchess County will make available funds under the Dutchess County Fiscal Year 2004 Budget for services and expenses targeted to victims of domestic violence as defined in Title 18 NYCRR 462, including core services, Family Violence Prevention Services, and Life Skills Training services; funds for services and expenses for Dutchess County Family Court Advocacy, and funds for services and expenses of a Domestic Abuse Response Team (DART) designed to enhance the criminal justice response to domestic violence. The proposer must be incorporated or have a written agreement with a not-for-profit organization holding a 501(c)(3), stating that they would serve as the fiscal agent for the program and have office/s in Dutchess County.
