Description

The City of Yonkers is seeking a vendor to furnish, deliver, and install one stationary oxygen cylinder fill enclosure and control panel at the Yonkers Fire Department.  Quotations are to be submitted on the attached request for quotation form only via email to nicole.galdi@yonkersny.gov.  Unit prices must include inside delivery to the address on the form.  The City will not be responsible for supplying any materials needed for the completion of this service.  The total price supplied shall be inclusive of any and all hardware that is needed to complete this service.  If quoting an "OR EQUAL", item specification sheets must accompany quote submissions.  All "OR EQUALS" quoted will be subject to YFD review and approval.  Awarded vendor will be required to provide proofs of general liability, automobile liability, workers' compensation, and disability insurances per the City's insurance requirements as listed on the quotation form.
