RFQ 2018-9033A - Furnish & Deliver Apparel with Custom Imprinting for Parks Department

Furnish & Deliver Apparel for the Parks Department.   All quotations must be submitted on the attached request for quotation form only via email to nicole.galdi@yonkersny.gov.  Firm unit pricing must include all artwork, imprinting, and inside delivery to the address listed on the form.  If quoting "OR EQUAL", vendor must provide manufacturer name and manufacturer part number of each of the item(s) being quoted.  All "OR EQUALS" are subject to review by the Parks Department.  Samples must be available upon request.  Awarded vendor must submit all artwork to the department for approval prior to printing.  This will be an all or none class award.
