2019-2536 - Annual Maintenance & Tentative Repairs to 12 Clarke Floor Scrubbers

The City of Yonkers/Yonkers Public Schools is seeking a vendor to come onsite and perform annual maintenance to twelve (12) Clarke Focus II Boost L20 floor scrubbers.  In addition to this annual maintenance, these machines may be in need of various repairs.  The extent of these repairs is to be determined by the awarded vendor at the time of the annual maintenance.  A written report of each machine is to be submitted to the School Facilities Department listing all, if any, repairs that are needed on this equipment.  Repairs will not be performed until instructed to do so by the department.  All required insurances and manufacturer pricelists will be requested from the vendor upon award.  Vendor must be an authorized Clarke service dealer and must show proof of this authorization.  Quotations are to be submitted on the attached request for quotation form via email to nicole.galdi@yonkersny.gov.
