RFB-2194 - RFB-2194 ONE (1) 2010 OR NEWER SELF-PROPELLED TRACK CONVEYOR

It is the intent of Chemung County to purchase ONE (1) 2010 OR NEWER SELF-PROPELLED TRACK CONVEYOR meeting the specifications set forth herein and to award the bid to the responsible bidder submitting the lowest responsive total gross sum bid for the base unit. This equipment shall include all of the manufacturer’s standard options as well as any additional options to meet the intended use of the equipment and these specifications.

The technical specifications (1.02.B) are based upon a generic type and quality of ONE (1) 2010 OR NEWER SELF-PROPELLED TRACK CONVEYOR. The specifications are not intended to exclude any product, manufacturer, or vendor, but to describe the minimum quality and operational functions required. Equipment which meet or exceed the minimum specifications and provided equivalent functions will be considered.
