Description

We are looking for a roofing company to make repairs to the slate roof of the Historic Post Office located at 157 Genesee St. Auburn, NY 13021. I have attached a photo of the building. The required work is as follows:

Replace 60 pieces of broken slate in various locations.
Re-solder 4 broken copper seams on flashing.
Seal areas of work and remove debris.

Vendor is responsible for all materials, lifts, tools etc. to properly complete the work.

Pease note this is a prevailing wage job.
