RENTAL UNIFORM FOR MECHANICS/MAINTENANCE

ALL UNIFORMS INCLUDING JACKETS MUST BE FIRE RESISTANT.
ALL UNIFORMS INCLUDING JACKETS MUST BE PERSONALIZED WITH “BREWSTER CENTRAL SCHOOLS” AND THE EMPLOYEE’S FIRST NAME.
SCHEDULED CLEANING SERVICE MUST BE ONCE A WEEK.
PICK UP AND DROP OFF SHOULD BE SCHEDULED BETWEEN 6:00 AM-4:00 PM AND MAY NEED TO BE ADJUSTED FOR WEATHER CLOSINGS AND HOLIDAYS.
ELECTRONIC SCANNING IS REQUIRED FOR UNIFORMS REMOVED AND RETURNED FROM THE TRANSPORTATION DEPARTMENT, INCLUDING A RECEIPT SIGNED BY A SUPERVISOR EACH DROP OFF/PICK UP.
REPAIRS ARE REQUIRED AS NEEDED ON ALL UNIFORMS AT NO EXTRA COST.
ANY UNIFORM IN DISREPAIR OR WORN OUT WILL BE REPLACED AT NO EXTRA COST.
ALL ITEMS MUST BE IN A QUANTITY OF 11 EXCEPT FOR THE JACKETS AND SWEATSHIRTS WHICH SHOULD BE A QUANTITY OF 2.
ALL ITEMS REQUIRED ARE FOR A TOTAL OF 10 EMPLOYEES.

The Brewster Central School District will have the option to extend the contract after 6/30/21 each year;
for a maximum of 2 additional years.
