Review each claim and loss report submitted by the COUNTY during the term of this contract. The CONSULTANT shall act as claims administrator for all claims and losses affecting the County’s self-insurance coverage, including general liability insurance, property insurance, Public Official’s and employment claims, boiler and machinery coverage, crime insurance, and all other coverages which fall within the County’s self-insurance program. The CONSULTANT shall act as claims administrator for all existing and future claims against the COUNTY having a date of loss covering the period January 1, 2019, to December 31, 2019
