Architect/Engineer shall be responsible to develop a complete Facility Conditions Assessment of all the building systems to use as a basis to create a Master Plan for coordinating all the proposed renovations at the Clarksville Facility. The Facility Condition Assessment should include an evaluation and assessment of all building systems, including but not limited to, Structural, Architectural, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Alarm System, Security & Resident Access Systems, ADA Compliance & NYS Building Code Compliance, Kitchen Facilities, and Furniture & Office Equipment. This Facility Condition Assessment shall serve as a guide for the Albany County Sheriff’s Office to develop a comprehensive master plan to implement any proposed renovations, upgrades, replacements and energy efficiency upgrades and additional deficiencies discovered as a result of the Condition Survey.
