Expectations: • Evaluation of the current state of UNM HSC IT as it pertains to governance, management and operations against UNM HSC’s strategy along with the structure and processes to support priorities and decision making • Evaluation of UNM HSC’s technology portfolio • Assessment of current management of UNM HSC IT • Identification of any opportunities for IT cost savings and efficiencies • Review of UNM HSC’s IT spending and funding • Assessment of UNM HSC’s IT operations and service delivery • Assessment of UNM HSC’s IT organizational structure and span of control 2. Deliverables – All written reports: • IT assessment results • IT budget and performance benchmark • Current and future recommendations for IT organization structure and staffing • High level IT plan and roadmap UNM HSC IT Network Assessment 1. Expectations: • Evaluation of end of life and dated equipment in core UNM HSC IT data centers • Assessment of installed and planned (not yet installed) UNM HSC network hardware replacements • Review of HSC wide network design • Review of documentation provided pursuant to a request for information. • Assessment of current maintenance plan and the impact on downstream and future applications across the UNM HSC • Identification of vulnerabilities within the HSC wide network
