Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1) Empty all trash receptacles and replace liners as needed (liners furnished by UNM). 2) Dust exposed horizontal surfaces on press box and Zia levels/concourse. These areas include, counter tops, window sills, chairs, and all other seating areas. 3) Damp-wipe horizontal surfaces as needed to remove all dirt and spillage. 4) Clean and polish drinking fountain(s) where applicable. 5) Dust-mop all hard surfaces with a non-treated dust mop or vacuum appropriately. 6) Damp-mop all hard surface floors (includes spectator seating areas) to remove spillage from soiled areas. 7) Vacuum all carpets and entrance mats in all press box and Zia levels/concourse. 8) Damp-wipe entrance glass doors, frames and handles to remove smudges. 9) Spot-clean spills and other messes as needed throughout the event. 10) Cleaning shall be performed as necessary to maintain an acceptable level of cleanliness. 11) UNM will provide all cleaning supplies.
