Specifications include, but are not limited to: Topographic survey of existing transmission power lines, beginning at the southeast corner of the City’s Animas Power Plant, coordinates of 36°43’26.82”N, 108°11’31.35”W following the route shown on the provided AERIAL PROPSAL.kmz file (google earth), ending at the Shiprock Substation, coordinates of 36°47’50”N, 108°28’28.07”W. Length of this project is approximately twenty-two miles. 1. The awarded Offeror shall provide the professional surveying services necessary to obtain data onehundred (100) feet on either side of the transmission power line. This will include, but not limited to building heights, pole/structure heights, all underground utilities identified, and any other features within the two-hundred-foot corridor. 2. Deliverables are to include an AutoCAD Civil 3D surface model with one (1) foot contours, existing ground profile sheets showing centerline based on existing pole location. A point cloud of the project areas in a LAS format, and georeferenced orthomosaic of the project area. 3. Each plat prepared by the Offeror shall be in conformance with the Minimum Standards for Surveying in New Mexico, effective date July 24, 2016 and be stamped and signed by a State of New Mexico Professional Surveyor providing services on behalf of the awarded Offeror. In addition to the copies required by the checklist; all plat information shall also be provided in an AutoCAD file format to FEUS. 4. The awarded Offeror, in obtaining the data necessary, will be working in possible inclement weather and uneven terrain. It is the responsibility of the awarded Offeror to provide professional survey services in accordance with FEUS safety rules and provide a copy of the Offeror’s Safety Policy with the response to this RFQP. 5. The awarded Offeror, shall obtain the necessary permits from the Federal Aviation Administration as required. All professional survey services are expected to be performed in accordance with the expectations of the profession including ethical standards. 6. All deliverables produced by the awarded Offeror providing professional survey services to FEUS shall become the property of FEUS. 7. A schedule for completing the topographic survey shall be reviewed and agreed upon by FEUS and the awarded Offeror. However, it is anticipated the project will be completed within 3 months after receipt of the purchase order.
