Specifications include, but are not limited to: Size: 11" tall x 8-1/2" wide. Paper: A. Equivalent to 60 lb. offset (or heavier), white 100% wood pulp fiber stock. B. No optical brighteners. C. Surface to be sized to accept fine line lithographic printing. D. Both sides fully sensitized exhibiting marked reactions to chemicals commonly used to alter security documents including the following chemical families: Polar organic solvents, A-polar organic solvents, acids, oxidizing agents, strong alkaline bases and weak alkaline bases. E. Colored fluorescent fibers incorporated into the paper but only visible under ultraviolet light from both sides of the sheet. F. Each sheet to contain a fourdrinier watermark incorporated into the paper at time of manufacture and that is clearly visible from both sides of the paper. A standard American eagle watermark is desired. Watermark position on sheet must be consistent from sheet to sheet. Example: A vertical column of eagles should always be in the center or to the left or to the right of center. (But each individual eagle does not have to be in the exact same location from form to form, only the column.) G. Microprinted, fluorescent plastic security thread embedded throughout the length of the document. Security thread must be in the same location on all title certificates. Color and location of thread to be determined after award of bid. Microprinting on thread may be vendor's suitable proprietary wording or design customarily used for security documents. H. No recycled paper allowed for this product.
