Specifications include, but are not limited to: developing a Master Plan for GSD-owned buildings and campuses in Santa Fe, New Mexico over which the Procuring Agency has jurisdiction. The Procuring Agency seeks to solicit information from industry experts and potential Offerors that will enable the Procuring Agency to release a Request for Proposal, from which a contract will be awarded to the successful Offeror. The resulting contract will enable the awarded Contractor to perform an in-depth, comprehensive safety and security system assessment that will include the inspection, inventory, and device and network (includes hardware, software, network cabling and system support) mapping to identify the State’s current physical security infrastructure (including security personnel), state of health, management processes and gaps and capabilities. This assessment will produce a Master Plan that will enable the Procuring Agency to move forward with plans to remediate insufficient systems, enhance existing systems to improve security capabilities and implement a comprehensive physical security infrastructure and management plan throughout the Santa Fe State campuses.
