It is intended that the scoring matrix and the use of these documents will produce project recommendations that are desirable with the inclusion of professional judgement to achieve design solutions that are specifically tailored to the circumstances encountered and are supported by the Americans with Disability Act (ADA), Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devises (MUTCD), A Policy on Geometric Design of Highways and Streets, American Association of State Highway and Transportation Officials (AASHTO) and any applicable “Construction Codes” adopted by the City of Santa Fe. •ADA City of Santa Fe: Transition Public Right-of-Way Update – September, 2017 •Santa Fe Metropolitan Bus Stop and Sidewalk Connectivity Assessment – June, 2016 •Santa Fe Metropolitan Pedestrian Master Plan – August, 2015 2.Development of a list of recommended site location and pedestrian facility improvements/pedestrian safety countermeasures using the criteria matrix within the metro area. More than one recommended improvement may be linked with each site selected.
