Specifications include, but are not limited to: Contractor shall provide the following online auctioneer services: 1. Be responsible and supply all hardware, software, servers and IT Equipment needed to operate the online auction services. 2. Provide all security systems, anti-virus and firewalls capable of preventing the hacking of any auction information from the auction servers, capable of preventing the assimilation or distribution of viruses and other programs and learning the identity of bidders. 3. Provide all support including email and telephone support needed to operate the auction site. Live 24/7 support via online chat, email or toll-free phone. 4. Assume all costs of a secure hosting facility to operate the online auction system and allow County full access to the account. The County will not be required to install any additional computer hardware or software at their location. 5. Provide full access 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to their assigned online auction account to load their auction items via common internet browser if applicable. If the County wishes to sell items they can be loaded at any time that best meets the needs of the County. 6. Provide online training and start up support to ensure all data is uploaded properly for correct use and management of auctions but not limited to user access rights and restrictions, and buyer and buyer-groups. 7. Ability to withdrawal and cancel an auction without penalty. The Contractor shall notify bidders if an auction has been withdrawn or cancelled. 8. Maintain and upgrade the hardware and software that the Contractor provides over the term of this Agreement. 9. Allow the County to charge freight costs if the bidder is unable to pick up the winning bid items.
