Specifications include, but are not limited to The successful Offeror shall be responsible for the management training and leadership coaching. Offeror(s) shall submit proposals meeting the following criteria, on-site and across multiple days to County management. The training shall address, at a minimum, the following: 1. Introduction to the seminar; 360-degree assessment of current skills 2. Enhanced collaboration and leading conflict resolution in the workplace 3. Effective communication in organizations 4. Situational leadership and employee development 5. Building and sustaining trust 6. Behavioral decision making 7. Creating high performance teams and team performance 8. Employee engagement and performance 9. Critical thinking 10. Ethics Additional training areas may include, but are not limited to the following: 1. Culture and change management 2. Managing yourself and leading others 3. Strategic planning and leadership 4. Leadership traits and learning to lead 5. Influencing and persuasion in leadership 6. Building relationships 7. Difference between leadership and management 8. Leading a culture of service excellence 9. Leadership and accountability 10. Mentoring and coaching strategies for leaders
