Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Comply with all federal, state, local laws, statutes, ordinances rules and regulations while conducting all investigations. 2. Meet with the appropriate attorney from the Santa Fe County Human Resources Office within three (3) days of notice to discuss the investigation to be undertaken. 3. Obtain authorization from the Santa Fe County Human Resources Office for all actions to be taken in furtherance of the investigation. 4. Conduct recorded interviews with all parties (County employees/non-County employees) involved, which will require traveling to various locations throughout the County; 5. Provide status updates to the Human Resources Director or Designee regarding ongoing investigations, the timeline for completion of the investigation and to ensure a timely and complete and grammatically accurate report is provided.
