Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Identify waste water piping (actual) path lines and mark (interior and exterior) 2. Remove equipment and flooring from path line 3. Demolish floor to access piping and remove damaged piping (interior and exterior) 4. Prepare base per acceptable code requirements with correct compaction and slope 5. Install approximately 42’-4” interior piping Sch40 PVC (4” DIA) code compliant piping 6. Install approximately 60’ exterior piping SDR 35 PVC (4” DIA) code compliant piping to connect with 6” main 7. Replace various waste water lines connecting into the main line within the kitchen area, including lines to the grease trap with 2”, 3” and 4” Sch40 PVC. 8. Replace plumbing fixtures, traps, floor drains, drainage pipes, vent pipes, building drains, joints, connections, devices, receptors, and appurtenances. 9. Cross-Connection Control Backflow Prevention Device Testing and Repair. 10. Submit Demolition phase and time schedule for Main sewer line(s), Grease trap line(s). Coordinated kitchen drawings prior to the installation of piping. 11. Correction of existing plumbing code violations encountered. 12. Plumbing Furnishing of dumpsters for the removal of debris and Off-site spoil removal.
