Specifications include, but are not limited to: Attending project scoping meetings for city wide project locations, verifying existing conditions, testing irrigation systems, verifying utility locations, reviewing proposed design plans, sketches, details and schedules, acquiring permits for traffic control, SWPPP preparation and preconstruction project fencing and erosion control. Work may include: material removals and disposal; saw cutting pavements; grading and land leveling; subbase preparation; installation of drain inlets and lines; constructing accessible paths, ramps, curbs and aprons; installation of concrete or asphalt sidewalks, curbs and gutters; utility cover upgrades and adjustments to finish grade; electrical services; permitting; and landscaping. Project types to include: parkways, streetscapes, baseball fields, landscaping including removals, purchasing, soil conditioning, installation and irrigation; purchasing, assembling, and installing site furnishings, such as, bleachers, shade structures, bike racks, benches, flag and foul poles, and trash receptacles.
