Specifications include, but are not limited to: provide an evening reception hosted by Doña Ana County during the New Mexico Counties 84th Conference on Wednesday, June 24, 2020 from 6 to 10 p.m. at the Plaza Las Cruces. The conference committee has determined the theme to be loosely based on a 80s-era prom night. Must include the following: Entertainment All necessary sound equipment, including microphone for public announcement Tables, chairs, centerpieces to accommodate approximately 600 people Registration table Fencing Executive restroom trailers Barricades to close off streets (Plaza Place, Water Street, Griggs Avenue, Main Street) Décor Cash bar(s) to include New Mexico licensed bartenders and a full bar selection Full dinner service for 600 guests, including non-alcoholic beverage options and dessert Staff to facilitate set up, dinner service and tear-down/cleanup
